• If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
• Use our Contact Page to reach out to us or email us at orders@nariyal.co with your order number and details of the issue.
• Our team will follow up with you, requesting additional information such as photos of the damaged item.
• Upon verification, we will ship a free replacement to you.

Replacement and Refund Process:

• To minimize our carbon footprint, we do not require you to ship the damaged item back to us.
• Instead, we will send you a replacement or process a refund, based on your preference.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after verification.
